Does your team need an experienced coach to support the design and implementation of risk management initiatives to address gaps and evolve capabilities? During an engagement with NRMC, our team will offer specific suggestions about how to ensure that risk aware thinking is integrated (“baked in”) in planning, operations and decision-making.
NRMC team members also provide one-on-one and small group coaching to teams who are assigned responsibility for risk management. Through coaching we work to identify and nurture multiple ‘Risk Champions’ at your nonprofit–staff leaders who have the capability and/or desire to support and develop the risk function into an agile, sustainable, and inclusive function.
We are available to conduct activities such as facilitating risk-related team discussions and workshops, assisting staff with planning and implementation tasks, and delivering presentations on special topics in nonprofit risk management.
