An international human and reproductive rights organization engaged our team to help them achieve visible progress with their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. We designed and facilitated risk assessment workshops for three diverse client teams that had been assigned risk oversight responsibility. The training sessions were hosted at the client’s NYC headquarters, while additional team members joined via Skype from field offices in eight different countries. The engagement included the development of resources and delivery of practical advice on building a custom ERM framework, assessing risks internally, risk reporting to the board, and compiling and meaningful risk data. The client also established an internal Risk Champion who leads the ongoing assessment, monitoring, and reporting of critical risks.
