Has everyone in the office been briefed on the proper use of the copier? If materials such as plastic transparencies should not be copied, is this information posted clearly?

Does everyone know that the interior parts of a copier can become very hot and that retrieving a paper jam should be done with caution?

Does everyone know that the interior parts of a printer and/or fax machine can become very hot and that retrieving a paper jam in a fax machine should be done with caution?

Are the names/phone numbers of repair or service providers posted clearly?

Does everyone know how to handle toxic materials such as toner?

Is the copier powered down at the end of the workday?

Does everyone know that any electronic equipment carries the potential for electric shock?

Are computer screens and towers positioned in a secure manner?
