Answer "Yes" or "No."

Do tenants understand their responsibility in keeping a safe facility?

Does the building owner (the nonprofit) track compliance issues including building codes, licensing, and federal and state standards?

Are there signs posted which tell how to report a problem or emergency?

Are hallways, stairwells and other common areas clean and free of rubbish and litter?

Are lights in working order?

Are escalators and/or elevators routinely serviced and permits displayed per requirements?

Are parking lots and walkways well lit and secured after dark?
