Answer "Yes" or "No."

Does the staff regularly remove graffiti from walkways, walls and pavement?

Are the grounds free of litter and debris?

Is the foliage cut back from windows, entrances, and exits?

Does your nonprofit use a buddy system to walk employees to their cars?

Are there extra strong locks, grills or grates or an alarm system on entries to the building to maximize visibility such as raised entrances, low-level landscaping or windows facing rear parking lots?

Is the exterior of the building well lit?

Does the interior of the building incorporate design techniques that reduce the potential for crime and/or acting out?
