All conference plenaries, workshops, exhibits and special programs will be held at the brand-new AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center, located on the campus of the University of Texas, just minutes from downtown Austin. The discounted group rate at the AT&T Center is $149 per night for single or double rooms. Reservations must be made by August 20, 2009 to be eligible for this special rate. Transportation, Directions and Parking

By Air

We recommend that Summit attendees use a web site such as www.kayak.com to find reasonably priced airline tickets to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Unlike other travel sites, Kayak searches discount carriers in addition to the larger hub-city airlines.

On the Ground

The AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center is located 10 miles from Austin’s Bergstrom International Airport. Summit attendees have many options to choose from with respect to commuting from the Airport to the AT&T Center. These include:

Bus

With a fare of $.75, the Airport Flyer (Route 100) bus offers convenient, direct service to the University of Texas at a bargain price. The bus drops you less than 100 yards from the hotel.
