Instructions:

- Let the caller speak.
- Keep the caller on the line as long as you can.
- Record as much of the caller’s conversation verbatim, as possible.
- Notify your supervisor (or, if your supervisor is unavailable, the Executive Director) immediately after the call.
- Don’t tell anyone else about the call or caller.
